About you

As a wills & estates lawyer with 3-5 years PQE you will have had exposure to high level wills and estates matters and exposure to wills and estates litigation. You will have experience in:

• Estate planning for individuals and business succession planning;
• Deceased estate administration;
• Elder law, including retirement villages and aged care accommodation;
• Elder abuse law;
• Guardianship and capacity;
• Contesting and challenging Wills;
• Informal Wills;
• Trust disputes and administration, and
• Estate dispute resolution and litigation.
