Nicholas O'Donohue & Co is a full-service commercial law firm based in Melbourne CBD with offerings in commercial, property, litigation, and wills/estates law. We have a strong reputation as a boutique law firm that has been involved in a number of landmark Australian legal cases across varying areas of law.
An excellent opportunity now exists for a Business Development & Marketing Executive to join our close knit team.
This is a great opportunity to take a leading role in developing and implementing a marketing strategy to outwardly promote our firm.
Working with the Directors, responsibilities will include
- Taking a leading role in developing and implementing a marketing strategy
- Building an in-depth understanding of the firm’s core business to identify business opportunities
- Assisting teams with tenders, bids and capability statements and assisting our staff to develop key client relationships
- Enhancing interactive legal technology and automation
- Project managing marketing opportunities, submissions, and corporate functions
- Maintaining and enhancing the firm’s online presence
- Respond to inquiries as the key contact for the firm's marketing and business development
Competencies and experience required include
- Previous business development/marketing experience ideally gained in a professional services firm
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or business
- Experience in developing, maintaining & implementing marketing strategies
- Maintaining and developing strong relationships with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders
