Do you have at least 6 to 12 months’ experience within an office environment? Then this role is for you!
This is an opportunity for someone looking to gain experience within a law firm where you will be supporting a team across a number of areas including property, family, litigation and commercial law. Your duties will include a wide range of tasks including:
- Providing administrative support;
- Filing, document tracking and archiving;
- Assisting with database management;
- Electronic and hard copy filing;
- Photocopying and Scanning Documents; and
- Assisting to organise internal and external events.
We are seeking a true team player, someone with at least 6 to 12 months’ recent work experience in an office environment, strong computer and typing skills, along with a high level of attention to detail, great initiative and strong organisational and time management skills. You will also have exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and navigate some complex and challenging situations.
