You

You will be a corporate/commercial lawyer at the 3-4 year level.

Role

Advise on commercial issues including share and business sale agreements, manufacturing, distribution and licensing agreements, commercial contracts and corporate governance issues. Work closely with subsidiaries of multinationals and large privately-owned entitles, family businesses and small-medium enterprises in industries such as IT, transport, franchising and manufacturing.
