About the role:
In this position, you will be responsible for:
- File management from start to finish including all types of conveyancing, leasing, subdivision and development matters
- Preparation of contracts and leases
- Conducting searches and enquiries
- Reviewing and advising on contracts, leases and other documents
- Exchange and settlement preparation including settlement figure calculation
- Conducting matters via PEXA
- Any other work required to complete conveyancing transactions
- Other duties as required
Hours:
9:00am to 5:00pm 3 days a week with one hour for lunch between 1:00 and 2:00 pm.

We provide a friendly, approachable service to our clients in the areas of commercial and residential conveyancing, subdivisions, developments, other property transactions, family law, wills and estates and general litigation.
You will be working with two senior solicitors and one junior solicitor.
