YOUR ROLE

As a KEY senior in of one of Australia’s top intellectual property law practices, reporting to a top-notch IP Law Partner +supported by a close-knit collaborative team, you will love the challenge+ satisfaction of:

• Taking full ownership of your IP litigation practice acting for blue-chip local/international clients to resolve their IP disputes-pursuing+ defending proceedings for infringement/invalidity/passing off/misleading and deceptive conduct in respect of patents, designs, trademarks, copyright;
• Leading/mentoring junior lawyers;
• Partaking in strategic business development/marketing initiatives.

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

• are an admitted lawyer with 5+years (up to Senior Associate/Special Counsel level) intellectual property litigation experience [including patents litigation];
• have outstanding technical knowledge/skills+ negotiation/advocacy skills;
• possess high commercial acumen+ analytical+ problem-solving skills;
