We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our boutique Legal firm based in Mosman.

Working within a close-knit team and supporting the Director, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Estate planning support including drafting of documents such as Wills, EPA’s, EPG’s, and administering safe custody of Wills, EPA’s, EPG’s etc.
• Conveyancing support including contract preparation and exchange, preparing for and attending to settlements, document production and database maintenance
• Word processing and dictaphone typing of legal documents and general correspondence
• File management – updating details, opening, closing and archiving
• Organise client meetings and attending to client inquiries
• Preparing and binding of documents
• Billing

The successful applicant will possess the following essential criteria:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a paralegal
• Experience in estate planning and conveyancing
• Advanced Word skills, typing speed of 65wpm with high accuracy
• Proficiency in LEAP
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, efficiency and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• A self-motivated, mature and cheerful person who will fit in well with our small team.
