About the role:
Working closely with a young, approachable and highly regarded Partner who has a unique Brisbane/Sydney/Melbourne practice, this role will see you work across:
- public M&A for large listed companies;
- private M&A including a significant amount of private equity work;
- corporate advisory and governance work;
- work that is Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne based as well as for inbound investors (particularly from China, Hong Kong and Singapore).
To be considered for this role you will have:
- 4-7 years' post admission experience;
- come from a top tier or large national law firm's corporate practice with strong technical legal experience in corporate M&A transactions; and
- strong client relationship skills as this role will afford you a high degree of client contact.
