Ronayne Owens Lawyers is a busy two partner commercial practice located in the Sydney Central Business District.
One of the directors of the practice specialises in commercial finance transactions, predominantly on behalf of private lending clients. The practice has a strong focus on providing exceptional service and specialist advice to its clients.
The practice is anticipating significant growth, and requires an experienced commercial lawyer to support the development of that growth.
We are looking for an experienced commercial lawyer, preferably with experience in commercial mortgage transactions, and ideally mortgage enforcement procedures, as well as all aspects of property and finance transactions.
The successful applicant will be a motivated and conscientious person with good research, literacy and computer skills. Salary will be commensurate with experience, ability and productivity.
