Supporting a Director and two Lawyers, you will be responsible for all secretarial duties in the personal injury section of this boutique law firm.
You will be responsible for:
- Dictation (low volume)
- Liaising with clients on behalf of fee earners
- Creating, editing and formatting a range of correspondence and documents
- Opening, closing and archiving files
- Preparing briefs for trial
- Diary management
- Billing
- General administrative duties – scanning, photocopying etc
To be considered for this position, you MUST meet the following:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary
- Personal Injury law experience – ESSENTIAL
- An accurate typing ability – minimum 60wpm with high accuracy
- Intermediate to Advanced level of Word skills
- Filepro experience will be highly regarded
- Solid attention to detail
Please note this is a full time, permanent position located in West Perth. You must hold permanent residency to be considered for this role.
