You will perform primarily advisory and transactional work including international and domestic project finance, mezzanine banking, general corporate and resources-based finance. You will be responsible for varied complex legal work at the coal face and cutting edge of the finance world in this country. With challenging, complex legal matters on offer, you will gain significant hands on experience rapidly.

To succeed in this role, you will have at least 3 to 5 years' post admission banking and finance law experience, with a background in local, national and international transactions and a strong exposure to project finance and general corporate finance. A background in financial services would be beneficial, but refined communication and exceptional drafting skills are mandatory if you are ready for the next challenge in your legal career. Ideally, you will have strong attention to detail and be a team player. A motivated lawyer will thrive in this role!
