Our client is a mid tier firm that has an excellent reputation among major corporate and public clients Australia-wide and beyond.  Their property team in Melbourne have had a busy year working with major investment funds, developers and the like, and have a good pipeline of work built up for the foreseeable future.  

Opportunity:

An opportunity has opened for a 2-4 year PAE lawyer to join the team.  Our client is interested in solicitors that have some experience in commercial property work.  The successful applicant is likely to have a demonstrable interest in working on commercial deals within the real estate and property sector.  The day to day matters may involve real estate finance, large mixed use property developments, commercial leasing (landlord and tenant) and sales & disposals.
