The Team
The team is let by Senior Partners who are recognised in the industry as being preeminent practitioners with a focus on mentoring, developing and supporting staff. You will work with staff who take great pride in contributing to the strength of a reputable practice and have a focus on growing the team.
The Role
Ideally you will have between 2-4 years PAE in the workplace relations / employment space, preferably gained at a national / top tier firm. Your skills will cover broad areas of industrial law, employment law, discrimination, OH&S, administrative law and regulatory matters.
It is expected that you will have drive and initiative, exceptional attention to detail, strong drafting and analytical skills and effective file management skills.
In addition, you will have the natural ability to communicate openly and frequently with clients and colleagues.
