Your new role
Due to changes they are looking for an experienced Governance Officer to join them on a temporary contract basis. You will be responsible for:

• Ensuring there is a sound governance and compliance framework in place
• Promoting governance obligations throughout the business
• Managing the policy, protocol and guidelines registers
• Maintaining the grants register
• Drafting and reviewing governance policies, protocols and procedures
• Legislation interpretation

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have proven skills in managing and advising on governance and policies and an in-depth understanding of legislation and its requirements. You will be a team player who has great stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
