We currently have an opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join our General Insurance team. Ideally the successful applicant will have 2+ years' experience working in a corporate/commercial private practice environment, and be confident supporting Solicitors and a Partner working on a high volume of matters.
Your responsibilities will encompass a wide variety of work including:
- Confidential secretarial and administrative support within the Insurance practice group
- Document production
- Diary management
- File maintenance and end to end file management
- Client liaison
- Monthly billing
- Preparation of court documents
- Lengthy document edits
- General secretarial and administrative duties
If you are exceptionally organised, have a strong attention to detail, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, are able to work well autonomously and under pressure, and have a strong client service ethic we encourage you to apply.
