About our client:
With a successful business operating over 20 's years, this medium size boutique law firm is making their mark. Operating from modern offices in the heart of the legal precinct of the Melbourne CBD, their networks and technology allow them to assist clients allover the Country.

About you:

• A minimum of 3 years' current experience running files under minimal or no supervision across Off-the-Plan files.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team player.
• Good communcation skills both written and verbal.
• Proven experience liasing with Property Developers, Banks and the like.
• Lawdocs, LEAP and Open Practice experience preferred.
• PEXA would be an advantage.

What's on offer:
A unique opportunity to join the Property team of 7 staff members compromising of a Partner, Senior Associates and their support staff. You will be working very closely with and under the guidance and supporting eye of the Property Partners.  

Role responsibilities will include:

• Running your own files from end to end for predominately Off-The-Plan matters and some Residential files.
• Preparing and drafting all contracts and documentation
• Liaising with clients, brokers, agents and banks.
• Preparing settlements ncuding the use of PEXA
