Our client is taking the Australian Conveyancing profession by storm and we are looking for a Software Support Consultant to join their rapidly-growing team. Based their Sydney Office, the successful candidate will be given the following responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support and customer service to Conveyancers and Law firms
  • Building strong client relationships
  • Troubleshooting first level technical issues
  • Liaising with escalations team for next level technical issues
  • Focus on maintaining a high level of client satisfaction

Requirements

Your commitment to great customer service and to build relationships (both with clients and colleagues) will see you win in this role. The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Experience with using conveyancing or legal software
  • Understanding of the conveyancing process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a small team
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills

While training on their solutions will be provided, the ideal candidate will be technologically savvy and have the ability to pick up new software applications quickly.
