The firm
We are currently working with a highly regarded mid tier law firm who are seeking a commercial legal secretary to work in a 1:1 role supporting a busy Partner.

The role
Working across a broad range of commercial matters, you will enjoy the opportunity to become actively involved with the Partner's client base and assist with matters including franchising, liquor licensing and gaming, mergers & acquisitions and retail leasing.  Gaining first hand exposure to the files will give you the opportunity to liaise directly with clients to ensure the smooth daily running of the Partner's overall practice.
 
Typical duties 
• Editing and formatting court documents, contracts and other documents
• Digital dictation
• Diary management
• Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
• Liaising with key clients
• File management
• Collating briefs
