We are seeking an experienced commercial lawyer to work closely with the Director on a permanent full-time basis. Remuneration will be negotiated based on experience.

Your role

You will work on a variety of matters including:

1. Commercial conveyancing;
2. Leasing;
3. Setting up corporate structures;
4. Business structure advice;
5. Trusts;
6. Trade Marks;
7. Agreements including partnership agreements, franchise agreements, shareholder agreements, loan agreements and confidentiality agreements.

There is also the opportunity to gain experience in other areas including Wills and Estate planning.

You will have the benefit of hands-on work and will be dealing directly with clients and other stakeholders. You will work within a great team and have access to administration support.

You will report to the Director, Greg Kelly, who has a genuine "open door" policy and will provide you with support and guidance throughout the conduct of your matters.

Criteria

Ideally you will have:

1. 2-4 years post admission experience in commercial matters;
2. The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team;
3. Experience with LEAP is advantageous.
