We are currently working with a long established and highly regarded law firm to secure a leading Workplace Relations lawyer. The firm is well known as being leaders in both Workplace Relations strategy and litigation with a long established team.

With exposure to a range of complex matters, you will manage clients with full autonomy and work closely with the firm's Partners to provide high level strategic advice in the following areas:

• Employment contracts and awards
• Employment policies
• Industrial action
• Recruitment issues, performance and conduct issues, and terminations
• Occupational Health and Safety
• Workplace investigations, equal opportunity and workplace rights
• Discrimination, dismissal issues and some litigious matters

The firm is looking to expand the Partnership in the coming years, and this is an opportunity to transition into a Partner role in the mid-long term.

We are interested in speaking to lawyers with 3-8+ years' PAE with extensive experience in Workplace Relations matters. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage their file load and client base with full autonomy.
