Our client is a prominent mid-tier firm who is seeking a switched-on Legal Secretary looking to expand their skills into precedent management. As an 18-month contract position, the ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years' legal secretarial experience and have been exposed to precedent use in previous roles. Working with the Work Flow and Automation Manager this role offers mentoring to build upon your solid secretarial experience and expand your skills into this interesting facet of legal support.
Primary Duties:
- Review current precedents
- Update, create and source precedents as required
- Identify and organise firm wide education on precedents
- Document management
- Additional legal administration tasks as required
Required Skills:
- Strong word processing, Microsoft Word and editing skills
- Min. 2 - 3 years' secretarial experience
- Exposure to precedents highly advantageous
