This highly regarded firm based in the inner-west is experiencing significant growth and is seeking to recruit two banking and finance lawyers. You will act for small and medium sized lenders in relation to mortgage document, advance and enforcement, due diligence, lending and discharge. This is an exciting role as the firm is growing rapidly and they have already secured a number of high profile lenders as clients. As such they are seeking ambitious lawyers, who are seeking to progress quickly and take ownership of some of these clients.
This position will suit a lawyer with at least two years PAE with specific experience in mortgage services, who is client facing and enjoys having ownership of their work. In return, the firm offers a down to earth and casual working environment (suits are not worn in the office), the opportunity for quick progression and a generous salary package that rivals other mid/top-tier city firms. The firm is also based in the inner-west so a nice change for those who no longer want to commute to the city!
