The company:
This international law firm has one of the best corporate teams in Brisbane, doing a unique mix of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and international work. This role perfectly suits a strong corporate lawyer interested in private equity, M&A (public and private) and inbound foreign investment work.

About the role:
Working in this law firm's highly respected corporate group which is truly national and services clients across Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne and will see you: 

• work across an impressive client mix of listed corporates, private equity funds, property funds, financial institutions and inbound investors particularly from China;
• as a key strategic appointment as Senior Associate; 
• be 2ic to a young Partner and play a pivotal role in the group; and
• work across all areas of corporate including M&A, private equity, foreign investment work and general corporate advisory.

Skills/Experience:
To be considered for this role you will:

• be a technically excellent corporate lawyer at a 4-8 year PAE level;
• have excellent drafting skills and a high attention to detail; and
• ideally top tier or large national law firm experience.
