I am representing a passionate, commercially focussed Law firm that services a number of long-standing, reputable and varied clients in the CBD,  Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.  As a firm that has progressively grown over the past five years (and are looking to continue in this vein) they are now in a position to offer attractive Partnership prospects to senior level candidates that genuinely back their own abilities.
 
Their aim looking to the future is to continue in their strategic growth and with this in mind, are seeking to hear from a number of forward-thinking and experienced Special Counsel/Partner level candidates who want to join a relaxed and collegiate group of partners during our next growth phase.  The areas of greatest interest to the firm include Corporate/M&A, Commercial Litigation, Property, Environment & Planning and Insolvency/Debt Recovery.

The firm is open to candidates who have a portable practice and are confident in replicating their demonstrated success in their next move. They are also open to sole practitioners who may be wishing to wave goodbye to the back office administration burden that has been preventing you from doing what you really signed up for - to enjoy the law and service your clients appropriately.
 
In order to be successful you will naturally have a strong technical expertise in your chosen area, commercial acumen and be willing to merge your clients into the firms existing client base.  They would also expect that to continue growing your practice further you will actively enjoy and pursue business development opportunities, whilst leveraging from an existing brand, market presence and trusted connections.
 
The firm will offer excellent support that is worthy of a larger firm (both in terms of marketing, HR, accounts and secretarial support etc) and will also reward you with an attractive base salary and bonus structure that will see you retain far more of your personal billings.
