This highly respected national firm have a longstanding history working very closely with their clients across various areas of law. They engage in the ever changing business world to ensure clients are offered expert solutions to their needs in the most effective manner, both here in Australia and internationally.
With a fantastic opportunity within their Commercial Litigation/Disputes/Class Actions Department, this team of professionals are seeking an experienced high achiever to provide support to a Partner (who also leads the Practice) and the wider team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the practices. With a workload focusing on complex litigation, disputes, class actions and product liability your day will be varied and interesting. Your daily duties will include:
- Diary management
- Preparation of Court document and correspondence preparation
- Travel co-ordination
- Client liaison and handling enquiries
- Dictaphone typing
- Managing the monthly billing
- File and matter management
The successful candidate for this role will be well spoken, possess a can-do attitude and have previous experience in litigation. Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is a must, as is fast and accurate typing.
