Corporate & Commercial Lawyer

Our client, a national mid-tier law firm, is seeking a lawyer with corporate or commercial experience to join its office in the Melbourne South East.

The role will see you supporting a busy practice head as the group rapidly expands.

You will bring your corporate and/or commercial experience to assist the quickly expanding client base. Within this role, you’ll work across a wide range of industries and will be responsible for, amongst other things:

- business and share sales and acquisitions

-shareholder agreements

- loan and security documentation

- shareholder disputes and exits

- Ad-hoc property related advice
