Your new role
You will support a busy and friendly Partner and their team and will ''manage all things administration'' so that they can focus on what they do best!
Your new duties
- Answering and directing calls;
- Dictation and document production;
- Collating documents;
- Requesting records;
- Briefs to counsel and experts;
- Organising conferences & meetings;
- Managing diary bring ups;
- End of month billing;
- Database management;
- Electronic filing;
- General administration and more!
Your skills and experience
Our client is seeking a self-motivated, resilient and proactive Legal Secretary with at least four year's Insurance experience.
The successful candidate will be , resilient, hard-working and passionate and most importantly will be a strong team player.
