You will be involved in a:
- Large-scale property development/major projects transactions;
- Advising on property acquisitions/disposals and leasing across the commercial, retail, industrial, and residential sectors.
You will be an:
- Associate or Senior Associate (4+ and 6+ PQE);
- Extensive background in property law;
- Highly experienced in property development transactions;
- Mandarin speaking skills will be highly regarded.
