Do you find you get bored in a role after a short time? Have you been pigeon holed into an area of law but want to try something new? Then being a Float Secretary is the perfect role for you.
Our client looks for intermediate to senior secretaries who would like the challenge of trying new areas of law and getting to know the whole firm. A Float Secretarial roles provides you with an opportunity to expand on your skills and knowledge which becomes very valuable to the firm.
Your day could see you sitting in a longer term position to cover annual leave or in a position for one day. Your duties will still be legal secretarial tasks but will vary depending on the area of law you are in for that assignment.
A successful Float Secretary can adapt to change quickly, communicate effectively with a variety of personalities and have the ability to hit the ground running and learn quickly or not be afraid to ask someone to learn as you go.
