We are looking for a down to earth lawyer with commercial savvy and desire to develop their skills. We are a close-knit group, with a team of Senior Lawyers to provide mentoring and support. You will be given the opportunity to work across a variety of commercial matters and really flex your generalist muscles.

Your Role
Reporting to the Managing Director, some of your responsibilities will include preparing and advising on:
- shareholder and unitholder agreements and share/unit transfers
- sale/purchase of business transactions
- general commercial contracts and agreements
- loan and security documentation
- dispute resolution
Key Criteria
- At least 3+ years PAE in Corporate and Commercial law
- Proven experience practicing in a team environment in a Corporate and Commercial law department
- Ability to interact confidently with clients and build effective working relationships
- Ability to follow process
- Proven ability to provide an excellent quality of work
