Rare opportunity in the current Perth market to join highly respected and established partners in the Perth office of this law firm.

This is a leading corporate/commercial team renowned for its strong and growing corporate practice. Working as part of a close-knit and dynamic team with gun partners, this role will appeal to lawyers from boutique or medium firms looking for a career making move seeking great work and career progression, or from top tier firms looking for an improved environment. You will need to have had some previous real corporate or commercial experience to be considered. Opportunity to gain some solid experience in areas like ECM, M&A, General Commercial. Ideally you will have Australian based experience and knowledge of the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules. We are prepared to be open-minded in our search.

This team is currently working on impressive listings, a number of takeovers, other capital raising work from clients, and corporate governance matters and general commercial work. 

Operating a broad based corporate and commercial practice, this firm's professional and commercially astute approach sees them as a firm of choice. The firm is busy now and also has a fantastic pipeline of work already on the cards.

Successful lawyers will have at least 2 year PAE in private practice (ideally more than that, and up to about 6 years), will be commercially minded and possess commercial, drafting and negotiating skills.
