Established in 1970, MBA Lawyers is one of the longest established and highly reputable law firms on the Gold Coast. Our committed and professional team provide exceptional service across a range of key areas of law including property, litigation and dispute resolution, personal injury, and wills and estate planning.
Having recognised the need for a department dedicated to all family law matters, MBA launched its Family Law department in November 2017. Covering all aspects of family law, the department’s resounding success has created the need for further recruitment.
We are now looking for a full time Paralegal, with at least 1 year of experience in family law, who is proactive and has excellent communication and time management skills.
Supporting the Family Law Partner and two Senior Associates, the role involves drafting and preparing documents, liaising with clients, billing and general administrative duties.
Superior organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities are a must, as is the desire to be part of a dynamic and highly professional team. Experience with LEAP would be highly regarded.
