An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Legal Secretary / PA to join their busy Competition & Regulation team on a part time basis. Please note that we are only looking for experienced career Legal Secretaries, and therefore this role is not suited to law students or graduates.

Primarily supporting a Senior Associate this role will see you responsible for a range of duties including:

• Diary management 
• Preparation of Court documents
• Billing
• Dictation of correspondence
• Compiling of legal documents and briefs
• Managing emails
• Organising travel arrangements
  
This firm is renowned for its professional and corporate working environment; therefore, we are looking for someone who fills is polished, and is able to confidently liaise with stakeholders at all levels.  With your experience in ​a private practice law firm you'll be familiar with working to non-negotiable deadlines, be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment and will be capable of working autonomously. You will have outstanding time management and organisational skills. This will be a challenging yet rewarding role, and a great opportunity to work in a leading national law firm on a part time basis!!
