As an Associate or Senior Associate Construction Specialist, join a National Firm handling complex front-end work for a variety of sectors including Government (local & international), Infrastructure, Resources and Renewable Energy.
On any given day you will:
- Advise Consortiums on bids for state significant projects.
- Advise on Project Financing & Procurement Strategy.
- Advise on Project Structuring & Delivery.
- Manage Contract Preparation, Advice & Negotiation with a range of stakeholders.
- Advise Financiers and Sponsors on O&M Contracts, refinancing’s, tenders and project expansions.
The team you will work with have a good balance of experience and energy. The Partner is young, supportive and extremely successful and will encourage you to autonomously run files providing support where and when required.
You’ll also provide oversight to and mentor a team of 2 Junior Lawyers, and will play an integral role in supporting the Partner’s divisional growth strategies. This role will see you well placed to upwardly progress as the team grows.
Salary – open, depending on experience.
