About the company
Our client based in the CBD is a leading national law firm. With the firm growing, they are currently seeking a Family Legal Secretary with a minimum of 2 years' experience. You will be responsible for undertaking a range of administration and secretarial duties. To be successful you will be proactive, detail orientated and have the ability to confidently manage changing priorities as required. 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Formatting and amending court documents and other correspondence
• Dictaphone typing
• Collating briefs for counsel
• Arranging meetings and conferences
• Diary management
• Telephone contact with clients
• Automated Billing
• Other administrative tasks

Skills & Experience

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills via verbal and written.
• Strong work ethic and a 'can do' attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in family law.
