The Role
- Work directly with the Partner of this team
- Advisory work on complex structures across multiple jurisdictions
- Provide high-quality deliverables and bespoke solutions
- Negotiating commercial deals
- Actively participating in the mentoring of junior staff
- Building relationships with clients
Skills
- 3+ years PAE in corporate law - regulated or unregulated
- Well-developed communication and document drafting skills
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
