Our client is a well established Melbourne law firm located only 20 minutes north west of the city.

They are an integrated law firm, who provide a broad spectrum of quality legal services, providing invaluable experience with innovative strategies across a range of practice areas.  These areas include property law and conveyancing, business transactions and commercial advisory, family law and financial services.

The opportunity:

Your new role:

• Manage Conveyancing files start to finish across Residential and Sub-Division under the supervison of seniror Conveyancers and a Property Lawyer.
• Arranging settlements and drafting correspondence.
• Liaise with clients and other parties associated with the settlements process.

We are interested in hearing from you if you possess:

• A minimum of 1.5 years' experience running your own files under supervision of a Senior Conveyancer or Lawyer.
• Have loads of initiative and ability to work well in a team.
• An ability to create a quick and strong rapport with clients .
• A high level of attention to detail and follow-up.
• LEAP experience is preferred but not essential. Microsoft experience and moderate computer skills.
