We are looking for a junior solicitor to join our CTP Insurance team to work part-time (approx. 3 days per week).
Our CTP Insurance team represents insurers acting and advising on a diverse range of matters.
The successful candidate will work closely a Special Counsel and other solicitors on a wide variety of work, and their responsibilities will include attending court, prepare briefs, issuing and chasing authority documents and subpoenas, and following up witnesses. Experience attending the District and Supreme Courts and summarising subpoenas will be highly regarded.
Our ideal candidate will have solid technical ability and litigation experience, excellent analytical skills, high levels of attention to detail, and experience working effectively as part of a team in a private practice environment.
