The role

We are looking to immediately fill a 12-month contract within their Melbourne office. Largely centred on commercial property law you will be involved in a range of high volume commercial projects.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in the following:

• working in a high volume property and leasing practice
• excellent knowledge of property/leasing law
• demonstrated experience in general commercial law including drafting deeds of settlement, securities law and documentation and general deeds of agreement
• ability to maintain strong relationships with clients
• strong legal, analytical and negotiating skills
• ability to effectively supervise and mentor junior peers
