This is an exceptional opportunity for a self-motivated and talented Wills & Estates Lawyer to work close to home in the Dandenong office of this long-standing and highly regarded Law Firm, with several offices throughout Victoria.
 
This role will be based in the Dandenong office, however, at times you may be required to attend other offices eg. Cranbourne and Pakenham.
 
Primarily you'll be responsible for providing legal advice in relation to a variety of Wills & Estates matters for a typically 'Mums & Dads' type clientele.
  
Some of your responsibilities wll include:  

• managing files from start to finish;
• liaison with clients and other professionals, stakeholders; 
• preparation of legal documents and correspondence;
• drafting of Wills/Trusts/Probate documentation.

Our client is seeking an experienced & passionate Wills/Probate Lawyer with the following attributes:-

• Min. 3 years Wills & Probate experience;
• A self-starter with a friendly, pro-active team approach;
• Excellent communication skills and a strong client service focus;
• The ability to multi-task and prioritise to manage competing priorities & timelines.
