The Role

Supporting a Partner who promotes a "collaborative and involved team environment" , we are looking for a strong corporate legal secretary who is looking to broaden their horizons and focus on matters in the sports industry.  Working with a number of high profile clients, this team encourages strong client communication to harvest long term relationships. 

Duties

• Drafting correspondence 
• Liaising with clients
• Diary and file management
• Booking flights and accommodation 
• Data entry and spreadsheet management
• Client reporting and billing
• Support for marketing and BD projects 

Skills & Experience

• Experience as a corporate legal secretary
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of Excel and spreadsheet management
• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Proactive and energetic approach to your work ethic and the desire to learn new tasks
