Your new role
Due to growth strategies they are currently looking for a Lawyer to join them in-house. This is a newly created role that will be responsible for:

• Complex residential and commercial conveyancing matters
• Off the plan transactions
• Advising on development projects and transactions
• Managing all external lawyers

What you'll need to succeed
For you to be successful you will have 5+ years post admission experience with a strong background in property transactions. You will have great commercial abilities in looking at big picture scenarios for the organisation along with excellent communication skills.
