You

Specialise in mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings and corporate governance at the Senior Associate level, and regularly advise on corporate structuring, joint ventures, securities regulation and property and infrastructure projects.  There is a preference that your experience will be in funds management within the health industry.

NB:  You do not need to have experience in all of the above (you may have strong experience in one and an interest in the other).

The role

Will see you work closely with two Partners.  One has extensive experience in the property, infrastructure and funds management industries and is pragmatic and down to earth.  He is highly regarded for his expertise  and is named as Best Lawyers Australia for Corporate Law and Investment Funds.   The other, has particular experitse in corporate and commercial law regularly advising clients on transactions which are regulated by the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules.
