Who are we looking for?
We're actively working with one of our financial services clients on a full-time/4 day per week assignment need, and we're interested in hearing from corporate lawyers with M&A experience who are available at short notice to work onsite with our client and commence their LOD journey. On assignment, you will advise on M&A deals and co-ordinate the process with internal stakeholders and external advisors. Your prior experience with running a complex completion will be highly regarded. This secondment is to commence immediately, running through to the end of the year
To join us, you will
- Have 8-14 years relevant PQE with a top-tier/mid-tier law firm and/or in-house/secondment experience
- Be available to commence a secondment at short notice
- Be commercially minded, have the ability to hit the ground running and manage relationships with all levels of a business
