- Leverage your limited supreme and federal court experience to gain involvement in ASIC investigations, ACCC defence and shareholder disputes
- Elements of IP and trade mark infringement to plug into
- Develop a front line skillset will provide long term market value
- Encouraged to take your own carriage of files
- Benefit from SC and Partner mentors for your continued development
- Prepare drafts of pleadings, affidavits, correspondence and briefs, plus involvement in key strategy
- Good level of responsibility on higher end matters and regular client contact
- Claims brought against E&R, tech and health sectors
- Advise clients regarding allegations of misleading and deceptive conduct
- You will bring 2 - 5 years' post admission experience in commercial litigation, strong academics on your LLB
