An opportunity has opened for an experienced conveyancing paralegal to join this fantastic team on the southern end of the Sunshine Coast. Be responsible for your own file load, clients and networking, all from the comfort of your own home.
The Firm
Our client, a specialised Sunshine Coast law firm, who deal with local people and offer hassle free conveyancing is currently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their cohesive team.
The Role
Working from home with the full support from head office, you will be responsible for running residential conveyancing files A-Z.
Your duties will include:
- dealing with clients, banks and other solicitors
- drafting contracts
- conducting searches
- negotiating special conditions
- calculating settlement figures
- booking in settlements
- LEAP
- Business development and networking
You
To be suitable for this position, you will have a minimum of 10 + years' QLD Conveyancing experience running files from A to Z. You will also have fantastic client service skills, high attention to detail, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines and also the ability to take responsible for your own business development and lead generation. This position is perfect for a senior conveyancing paralegal looking for flexibility.
