- Strong focus on & high exposure to property transactions with some leasing work
KBE Human Capital is currently working exclusively with a specialist Property and Commercial Law firm based in the CBD to secure a Property Lawyer. The firm offers a comprehensive range of property and commercial services to a diverse range of property developers, real estate agents, strata managers, HNW family groups, public companies and private individuals.
Advising the firm’s existing client base, you will work across the full spectrum of property matters, including but not limited to:
- The review and preparation of property contracts of sale
- Providing strata title advice
- Sub divisions and property development
- Preparation of leases
- Completion of Landgate document
- Settlements
- Mentoring Juniors
The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and demonstrate a strong work ethic, with a track record of advising on market leading property deals. You will enjoy contributing to a strong firm culture.
You will be confident managing your own files and comfortable liaising directly with clients, with the ideal candidate having 3-6+ years’ PAE from a leading property and commercial law firm.
