An opportunity exists for a self motivated solicitor to join a very busy criminal law firm located in the CBD on Cairns.
You will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
In order to be considered for this role you will have:
Demonstrated 2+ years post admission experience in criminal law.
Hold or be eligible to hold an unsupervised practicing certificate as a solicitor in Queensland.
High level of prioritisation, time management and self management skills.
Good computer literacy and competency to work with electronic practice management software.
Strong communication skills and confidence with dealing with all levels of people.
High attention to detail.
Be highly organised and have the ability to manage multiple tasks.
