- Advised ASX listed and significant private clients
- Work alongside two Partners in a leading Construction practice
We are currently working with one of the country's leading Construction teams to secure a high calibre junior Construction Lawyer. The firm has a strong reputation in WA and other Australian jurisdictions, with a long established client base including both listed and large private clients.
This mixed role will encompass both front end advisory and litigation matters, advising clients from a variety of industry backgrounds across the following areas:
- Construction contracts
- Tenders, EPCM, and PPP's
- Market risks and strategic objections
- Relationship and partnering contracts
- Risk/reward and loss share/gain contracts
- Agreements for lease/development projects
- Third party rights and agreements
- Litigation strategy, Court work, and arbitration
