The company
Our client is a well regarded national law firm who are looking to expand one of their largest practice groups.
The role
We are currently seeking an Associate lawyer to join their reputable Property and Construction team.
You will advise on a mix of front and back end construction and be part of a diverse range of matters across engineering, development and infrastructure projects. Working with leading partners, with experience of the highest calibre, your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and reviewing contractual documentation
- Negotiating construction agreements for large projects
- Dispute resolution
This is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced practitioners who are focussed on sharing their knowledge and mentoring their lawyers to achieve and surpass their potential.
You
You will be ambitious with the drive and desire to make your mark. You will be at a true associate level with 3-5 years construction law experience. In addition, you will possess an excellent understanding of commercial construction law (front and/or back end essential).
